Fully immerse yourself in your Las Vegas vacation with live music. The Las Vegas Hostel is conveniently located near some of the west coast’s finest music venues suitable for all budgets. So get ready to dance and spill a little beer on the floor, here is your guide to Las Vegas’ music venues.
Bunkhouse
Located just minutes away from Las Vegas hostel, the recently renovated Bunkhouse has quickly became the place for shows. The calendar is heavily stocked with three or more shows per week, featuring both local and national artists that represent all styles of music for a reasonable price, usually from free to $12.
Brooklyn Bowl at the LINQ:
Everything from Jack White’s signature raw guitar solos to Questlove’s hip-hop drum beats have been played through this bowling-alley-music-venue-hybrid’s impeccable sound system. Bowling and drink prices are on the pricey side but you can find free shows if you check the calendar. Tickets are typically around $30.
Casino Venues:
Expect to find mega stars playing The Joint’s 4,000 seat showroom where smaller, more casual shows can be found around the corner at Vinyl. Both venues are located in the Hard Rock. For the best outdoor space, The Boulevard Pool on the roof of the Cosmopolitan gives you spectacular views of the Strip while your music idol is projected on a gigantic screen for the world to see. Inside the Cosmo you’ll find The Chelsea. Don’t worry if you feel the floor wobbling. It does that. Other Casino venues include The Pearl at the Palms and House of Blues at Mandalay Bay.
Bar Shows:
Sometimes the best place to see live music is in a small space filled with energy. Luckily you can catch some exceptional Downtown Las Vegas bar shows within walking distance of Las Vegas Hostel at Beauty Bar, The Griffin and Triple B’s. For a Vegas classic, take a quick cab ride to Double Down Saloon and take a shot of their legendary concoction. We won’t mention the name here.
